Our own infrastructure

Our Data Center Infrastructure

Your servers are hosted in our data center in Istanbul. Redundancy across power, cooling and network means the failure of any single component does not stop the service. The figures below are the facility’s actual configuration.

Power infrastructure

When the grid fails, servers switch first to the uninterruptible power supply; the batteries carry the load until the generators take over within ten seconds. Power distribution is dual-fed, so the failure of a single line does not affect the cabinets.

Cooling and climate control

Six separate cooling units run in an N+1 configuration: even if one fails while the others are in service, the hall is held at its target temperature. Temperature and humidity are monitored continuously.

Network infrastructure

01

Redundant carrier links

The network backbone is fed through more than one carrier. An outage at a single carrier does not stop the service; traffic is carried automatically over the other link.

02

Many interconnection points

We operate dozens of interconnection points through enterprise-class network equipment. This lets traffic bound for destinations inside Turkey and abroad take shorter paths.

03

High capacity, low latency

Virtual servers connect to a 10 Gbps port. Latency from within Turkey is in the single-digit milliseconds; traffic to destinations abroad is routed over the shortest available path.

Physical security and fire protection

Entry to the hall is restricted to magnetic cards and every entry is logged. Fire detection and suppression run on FM200 gas, which does not damage hardware.
