We provide support for keeping your server reachable at the operating system level. Beyond that we help with the fundamentals of keeping the server running and point you in the right direction.
Installing and configuring third-party software inside the server is outside our support scope. If you need that kind of service, ask our sales representative about our dedicated support plans.
Dedicated servers are supplied with a 1 Gbps or 10 Gbps full duplex port. The 1 Gbps port is free of charge; a 10 Gbps port requires a committed capacity of at least 250 Mbps.
Every plan carries a monthly Fair Usage Point of 8 TB. Reaching it does not suspend your service; your speed is capped at the rate defined for your plan (25 Mbps). Notification e-mails are sent at 50%, 80% and 100%.
You can lift the cap immediately by buying extra traffic from the panel at 46 TRY + VAT per TB; the counter resets in the new period. For the full details, read our Fair Usage Policy.
