What is the difference between a dedicated server and a virtual server?
A dedicated server is a physical machine assigned entirely to you; you share its hardware with nobody. A virtual server runs in isolation on shared infrastructure and costs considerably less.
Should I take a dedicated server or a virtual server?
If your needs stay under 8–16 cores and cost matters, a virtual server makes more sense. Dedicated servers suit workloads that run at full load continuously, need large amounts of memory, or require full control over the hardware.
Where can I see the technical infrastructure details?
You will find the details of our data center, power and network infrastructure on our infrastructure page.
Which data center are the servers hosted in?
Every dedicated server runs in the TAYNET data center in Istanbul. Positioned between Europe, the Middle East and the Caucasus, it gives low round-trip times across all three regions.
Can I install any operating system I want?
You can pick from the operating system options listed during checkout.
What does your technical support cover?

We provide support for keeping your server reachable at the operating system level. Beyond that we help with the fundamentals of keeping the server running and point you in the right direction.

Installing and configuring third-party software inside the server is outside our support scope. If you need that kind of service, ask our sales representative about our dedicated support plans.

Should I choose SATA SSD or NVMe SSD?
SATA SSD configurations can be supplied with RAID protection. NVMe SSD gives the highest read/write throughput but is not offered with RAID. If data safety is your priority choose SATA SSD with RAID; if raw speed matters more, choose NVMe.
How does port speed and traffic work?

Dedicated servers are supplied with a 1 Gbps or 10 Gbps full duplex port. The 1 Gbps port is free of charge; a 10 Gbps port requires a committed capacity of at least 250 Mbps.

Every plan carries a monthly Fair Usage Point of 8 TB. Reaching it does not suspend your service; your speed is capped at the rate defined for your plan (25 Mbps). Notification e-mails are sent at 50%, 80% and 100%.

You can lift the cap immediately by buying extra traffic from the panel at 46 TRY + VAT per TB; the counter resets in the new period. For the full details, read our Fair Usage Policy.

How many IP addresses are included?
Every dedicated server ships with one IP address. Additional IP addresses can be added for 35 TRY per month each.
Can I install from my own ISO file?
Open a support ticket after ordering and we will guide you through using your own ISO file.
Can I try a server before buying?
Dedicated server provisioning is costly and involves manual operational steps, so we cannot offer a trial.
Do you offer automatic backups?
You can add the backup service during checkout. Our daily backup system currently covers VMware and Windows operating systems only.
Can the server be reinstalled?
The operating system you select during checkout is installed free of charge. A fee may apply to later reinstallation requests.
How long does delivery take?
Dedicated servers are delivered within 6 to 72 hours depending on stock. Unlike virtual servers, provisioning is done manually, so there is no instant setup.
Can I add a GPU?
Ryzen and Intel Core i9 dedicated servers ship with a GT 710 as standard, and more powerful GTX and RTX models can be selected during checkout. Graphics cards are not offered on the Xeon series.
