Site Transfer Policy

Below you will find the scope of our website migration service, the conditions that apply and how it is priced.

About the transfer service

The transfer service is offered purely as a convenience to our customers. We cannot guarantee that a migration will be possible in every case, nor that it will be completed within any particular period. We accept no general liability at any stage of the migration process — before, during or after it.

How a transfer proceeds varies with the control panels in use, the old and new service platforms, the disk size and other technical conditions.

General conditions

  1. 1.The source server must have a web hosting control panel installed (for example cPanel, Plesk or CyberPanel).
  2. 2.With the manual migration method, only your website files and your database are transferred.
  3. 3.Any software-level adjustments needed after a manual migration are the customer’s responsibility. We will help as far as we can with widely used systems such as WordPress, or with any software whose configuration files we are able to locate. Configuration of custom or unusual systems rests entirely with the customer. Having your own developer available during the migration improves the outcome.
  4. 4.Total disk usage per website to be migrated must not exceed 20 GB.
  5. 5.There must be at least as much free disk space available as the size of the data being migrated.
  6. 6.Hosting control panel login details and FTP access credentials for the source server must be shared in full so that the transfer can be carried out.
  7. 7.Updating the domain’s DNS records with the new nameservers is the customer’s responsibility. Once the migration is complete we will provide the nameserver addresses so that you can update them through your domain registrar.

Pricing

The migration fee for a single domain is 500 TRY + VAT. This fee does not cover subdomains; a further 250 TRY + VAT is charged for each subdomain.
